My heart felt sympathy to Damien and all the McDonnell family with the passing of their so much loved mam Mary.I was one of the lucky ones too have known Mary and was such a good friend with my mam too, memories of conversations with a real friend that will stay with me forever, will miss your mam Mary RIP.

Having sadly never met Mary but being so very close to Amy, Damo & Edel this loss hurts me through them. Such an incredible women who quite clearly was so loved. Flying high and resting in utter peace

I never met Mary but it’s clear to see from Damien that you’ll be sorely missed and that you were loved so much, from table up high you should know that you have raised a wonderful gentleman in Damien - his level of care and his work ethic is unmatched in Crumlin children’s hospital.

You should be so proud of your wonderful son and you shall be forever remembered, rest in peace and know I’ll keep an eye out for Damien in work.

Mary was the most thoughtful, kind, caring and compassionate woman and will be missed by the Kenny/Dermody families and all the people in Nurney Village (her little bit of paradise). Mary was a great woman to send cards for every occasion and we will miss receiving those lovely notes. Rest easy Mary you deserve your eternal reward with your beloved son Jim. 💕
