It was with great sadness that colleagues learned of Mary’s death. Mary was a lecturer in the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology for many years until her retirement, and was well known to many colleagues still working in the School. Mary was very supportive of students, graduates and staff in Cathal Brugha Street. In particular, I reminder Mary’s smile when never we took the timeout for a chat, Mary was a great academic and champion of the School.
