Before working with Mary, we both lived on Heidelberg, Castletroy, and sometimes gathered in their house for singsongs…that was in 1975, so we go back a long way!

I sadly never met Mary but both her and my late mum were from Clapham, and a year or so ago, via Julie and myself (on WhatsApp) they spent a while sharing mutual stories and memories of their lives in Clapham and Wandsworth. I immediately felt a connection with Mary via that conversation. May Mary rest in peace and know that a fellow Girl from Clapham is there waiting with the kettle on.
