I have such fond childhood memories of running down to the shop after Sunday morning mass to peer through the glass counter and buy penny sweets and bars. Always a patient and kindhearted lady and a fond friend to my mother Dora.
She will always be known as Mrs. Eddie to me.
May her gentle soul rest in peace in the gardens of heaven.
