Deepest condolences to Antoinette and all the Moore family. Will always be thankful for the encouragement Mary gave to me and so many other children in the area when we were young, through Community games and the Athletics Club. Her energy and the generosity with which she shared it had a huge impact on so many.

So sorry to hear of Mary's passing. As mentioned by Lisa and Joanne below, so many fond memories of the Rathfarnham AC days. She gave so much time and effort to the club and encouraged us all to be involved in a healthy activity which had a positive effect in so many children's lives. Much love to Antoinette and family. Your Mam was an amazing lady and will be remembered by many.

When she met John & I all those years ago when we were doing work in Tesco Nutgrove she was so delighted & proud of us & did her best to help us. She loved the craic with John.

I met you on the north beach Rush .Very sorry about your Ma, obviously from the condolences she was a very active woman and gave a lot of energy to the community and from what you said,loved the sea. To Antoinette and all the Moore family. I am so sorry to hear of Mary's passing. My childhood is filled with so many happy memories involving Mary. She had a massive impact on so many of us kids at the time through Rathfarnham Athletic Club. She literally never stopped moving! I remember the time she ran the Dublin City Marathon. We waited patiently on Templeville Road for "our coach" to run past us. She was like a hero to us!

RIP Mary you will be remembered very fondly
