My deepest condolences to all of Mary's family. Mary was my manager for about a year before she married and while I did not know her well, her knowledge, kindness and compassion were apparent in ever interaction and left a deep impression on me.

It was an honour and privilege to work with Mary , a skilled clinician and formidable advocate for her profession .She worked tirelessly for her patients and her staff while always supporting her colleagues in the Community Health Care Services .

My sincere sympathy to Dominic,Saibh and extended family on the loss of Mary.I have such fond memories of Mary back in the day in college and when we were young therapists in the Eastern Health Board.Mary was kind,a naturally friendly person and such a good,dedicated therapist.We had some happy times together.May Mary rest in peace in her eternal home.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Mary. I have lots of childhood memories of visits to Artane, lots of which involved dogs, the chihuahuas in particular feature heavily so a donation to Dogs Aid seems very apt. My thoughts will be with you all over the coming days.

I met Mary many years ago in Clonmel. She was a woman before her time in selecting speech therapy when we didn’t really know what it was.
A strong woman with amazing courage and fortitude.
She lived an amazing life taking into consideration all her challenges.
Her connections with Kerry was strong in that both her parents came from that county.
My condolences are sent to her sisters Angela and Deirdre. Also to the greater Morrissey and Long family and in particular to her daughter.
