To Mary's family:
I am so very sorry for your loss. Mary was a super woman to know and to be in her company always ensured much laughter. She was a great tonic. In fact I think she missed her true calling, that of stand up comedian. It was quite normal to start laughing before Mary had even opened her mouth! Just a great pleasure to be with. Talk about her always and remember how lucky you have been to have Mary in your life. She is one special lady. With much love to you all, Helen

I was very saddened to receive this news from mutual friends who spent many happy days of our youth working together in Woolworths. Mary was so much fun to work with, very friendly to everyone and would be described as “the salt of the earth”.
Mary moved to Wales and we never seemed to be in Tipp at the same time as the years flew by.
I haven’t seen Mary for 50years or more.
Sincere condolences to her husband, children, her family from Puddingfield, friends and relations.
Rest peacefully Mary, until we all meet again in the next world.❤️
