I had the deepest honour of knowing Mary as both a pupil and staff member at Scoil Mhuire .It was with great sadness that I learnt of her passing this evening .To say a light has gone out would not justify the loss she is to our school community.Mary was at the very heart of everything at Scoil Mhuire .She was the smile that greeted you each day and the helping hand that was always on offer .I shall miss the voice at the end of the phone , the smile and the wonderful laugh .
