I remember Mary from my childhood, seeing herself and Paddy at Mass every and the occasional after Mass chat with my late Mom. Our sincere condolences to Paddy, Imelda, Nellie and all of Mary's relatives. There's a phrase in Irish about getting a 'cead mile failte' in a house, well that was surely a desscription of the welcome in Murphys of Mondaniel. Genuine people with genuine hospitality. We loved 'tracing' Murphys, Hogans and Spillanes and many others too in their homely kitchen. We never did fully eastablish the connction -we thought we were about fourth cousins 'once removed'! Rest in peace Mary and may St Bernadette and Our lady of Lourdes welcome you to Heaven.
