We were so saddened to learn of the death of Mary. Our heartfelt sympathy to Colette, Eleanor, Annmarie and Marcella on this very sad occasion. When I was in Kilkenny back in 1968.Mary and Paddy gave me digs for a short time. Mary was a wonderful kind lady that I will always remember for her kindness and hospitality.My wife Mary became good friends with Mary while we were in Kilkenny sadly we lost touch over the years. May we pray that Marys beautiful daughters and extended family find comfort among the many happy memories and friends at this sad time We know that death is the greatest enemy that visits us all at some time leaving us feeling helpless and grieved. When Jesus walked the earth he suffered the loss of his friend Lazarus and was grieved to see his friends, Martha and Mary suffering He gave the assurance that their Brother would see life again, Jesus then raised up his friend. We can be certain that Mary will awake from her sleep and be raised up to life again
