Very, very sorry, Charlie, to hear of Mary’s untimely passing. What a lovely warm person she was. May she rest in peace now. I met Mary in the Maternity Hospital in Cork in mid-August 1998 and we got on very well. It was lovely to meet her and you now and again in Killarney. We wish you strength and comfort in your sorrow. She integrated well when she crossed the great divide from Cobh. Mary was a lady of honesty and integrity. She immersed herself in her local community. The news of her illness and its swift progression has been met with much disbelief and sadness. Mary’s popularity was evident from the services for her in recent weeks. No doubt she will reap the rewards of her goodness in her Heavenly home. May Mary Rest In Peace and may you her family find peace in dealing with your great loss.

'Hey Ros! How's it going!!!' - the first greeting always from Mary along with her brilliant smile and warm welcome. We are devastated that she has had to leave us so early and we will miss her terribly. We should be thankful that we had over 30 years of her love warmth and affection but it still hurts. A truly wonderful woman!

It is with a heavy heart that I read of the untimely passing of Mary🙏 She was in my class at school and we reconnected at a school reunion in 2013. It was wonderful seeing her again in such fabulous form and we reminisced about times gone by.
