She created a special place where our rag tag gang felt safe to find our creativity and to learn new skills. And to talk and laugh. She had very high standards of excellence but was always full of kindness and light. She changed my life very much for the better and I will always remember her with love. I only knew Mary briefly before she became to ill to continue with the pottery classes, hoever in that short time I got know what a kind and gentle woman she was. She will be missed I am sure by all who knew her. May she fly high!
