I remember Mary as a beautiful fun & friendly girl with a full head of jet black curly & very shiny hair. I also met her in Ibiza on holiday in 1985. She was always such a lady. So sorry to hear of her passing. Condolences to her daughter Alanna. & the McKenna family.

I am so sorry to hear of Mary's illness and passing.
I have fond memories of times we shared in Dublin living in Drumcondra during our twenties where Mary kept us up to date with all the latest style, trends and books.
May you rest in peace Mary.

I'm sure many will remember Mary with a smiling face and kind heart. She was always so kind to us when we visited Monaghan Branch Library as children and in later years when I began my own Career in Libraries she was always full of encouragement and support.
