Mary I'll always remember you from the years that we were on the committee of The Coeliac Society. You were conscientious in your work as secretary, always willing to put in the extra time, travel to meetings in Dublin, and propose methods of fundraising for the society, with a particular emphasis on children with Coeliac disease Your sense of humour and drole wit made you a fascinating friend. Unfortunately it is many years since we last met. Rest in peace Mary - your family will miss you.
