It was with great sadness that I heard only recently of the passing of Mary. Thank you Keelin. Many years have passed since I arrived in Bemont NS....greeted so warmly by Mary and her daughter in law Eleanor. Belmont NS was an oasis of happiness and fun! Mary was such a special primary school teacher...full of fun and craic but she cared so much about her students. It was such a privilege to work with a muinteoir with such a kind heart ...my years in Belmont i will cherish forever thanks to the kindness of Mary...muinteoir thar bharr...an exceptional teacher...who possessed fun and warmth. Mary Sheridan, Go Raibh Mile Maith Agat. Deepest sympathies to you Eleanor and family....and all who met the stylish beautiful Mary.
