Mary (Sr. Cecilia) Houlihan

My sympathy to all Sr.Cecelia's family and to the sisters of mercy. She passed on a love of music to me through her teaching of it. I can still see her standing there acting out parts of the nutcracker suite.

I was very sad to hear of the passing of Sr. Cecilia who was my neighbour in Castleconnell and with whom I enjoyed many an interesting visit since she came to Ennis. She and I had a mutual love of our home-place and loved to chat about 'the past'. She told me that she wheeled me round in the pram!! My heartfelt sympathy to the Houlihan family and especially to Berna and Alice Mary.
May Cecilia enjoy the eternal reward that was surely waiting for her.
