I had the great pleasure of knowing Mary for many years as her public health nurse & she brought a smile to my face each time we met. She was a unique character & was happy with the simple things in life. Im so delighted she got to have her final years in the comfort & care of the cottage nursing home. How wonderful that the Cottage took Mary Teresa on as a family member. Kindness like that will be repayed 10 fold. I remember Mary Teresa around the town, a gentle harmless lady. May she rest in peace.

It’s sad to hear of the death of Mary Teresa. Memories of her growing up in Oliver Plunkett Terrace with her Grandmother and Grandfather. She was a very nice, quite, inoffensive lady. Great credit is due to the Staff of The Cottage Nursing Home who looked after her so well over the past few years. May Her Gentle Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
