Deepest sympathy to Mary and her family. On the sad passing of Mary.She was an excellent nurse, I trained with Mary in the Richmond and we had many happy times together. May Mary rest in peace.

Margaret Keating was one of my best friends and Mary was very kind to us always. My father was the principal teacher in our school. Mary was so kind to her fellow students. She was a great daughter and a wonderful help to her mother as it was a very busy home.
I’m so delighted to know what a happy life she had and you her children are a credit to her. I’m sorry I didn’t have the information about her mass in time but I treasure knowing her. Thank you all. Breda

Deepest sympathy to all Mary's family and many friends on her sad passing. I had the pleasure of chatting to Mary at her brother in law Ger's wake. Mary was quick witted and like all the Keatings the fondness to tell "a tall yarn". May Mary rest in peace.

Deepest sympathy to the Harrington & Keating families on the death of Mary.What a lovely tribute to her and totally deserved. I got to know Mary through facebook and she spoke of Rosenallis and her visits there in her youth. She also said her family were related to the Murrays there.
She had so many lovely and interesting memories of her early days in Laois.
So sorry to see she has passed on.

Mary played many roles in her life .
Daughter , sister , midwife, wife , mother and Grandmother . Few were her equal and none surpassed . We shall miss her very very much but take solace in the thoughts of Mary in the arms of her true love ❤️ John , once more and forever . Love forever.

Sympathy to all concerned on the sad passing of Mary. It brings back a memory of years long gone when as a very young boy I was sucking a Gobstopper Sweet in Miss Flynns shop when I started to choke and Mag as she was known ran next door for Nurse Mary Keating who with her quick action in seconds had the Gobstopper flying across the shop floor. Sixty Five years later I am still greatful Rest In Peace Mary Keating.

A beautiful description of a “dash” well lived. Having watched Mary Theresa’s funeral Mass, the crowd in attendance spoke volumes of the high regard in which she was surely held.

Sincere condolences to Mary's family and friends at this time. Her good friend Margaret Duff Koch told us of Marys passing a few weeks ago. We have so many great memories of stories shared of Aunty Margaret and Mary through their nursing times together in Canada. Over many years my sister or my daughter would bring Mary's sister Sarah Anne RIP over with them to Canada to visit her sister while they were travelling in that direction. May Mary Rest in Peace.

Like the previous contributors I didn't know Mary, but what a beautiful insight into her colourful life. Condolences to all her family at this very sad and lonely time. What a beautiful condolence it gave insight to a beautiful lady who lived life to the full, loved and laughed along the road of life, a life well lived and shared and cared for so many.
