It is with great sadness the news of Mary’s passing reached us. We have the fondest of memories from her visit in Sweden and wonderful Copenhagen. She was a remarkable women with the warmest of hearts. May she rest in peace, loving wishes Carolina and Britt Romare, Sweden.

It is with great sadness that we have just learned of Mary‘s passing. She was such an important part of our family for many years.Everyone in the family speaks so lovingly of ‘Pumey ‘as Rory and Jody referred to Mary before they could pronouncement Twomey. To all the Twomeys, I am so saddened to hear of your loss. Mrs Twomey was such a big part of our childhood. Great memories of her in our home, and us in hers. May she rest in peace.

I was very saddened to hear of Mary’s death . I had the pleasure of working with Mary many years ago in Scoil Aiséirí Chríost. Mary was never without a smile and always up for a laugh. She was a wonderful colleague.

Mary was a woman of faith, raised a lovely family, a good neighbour and touched the lives of many as she journeyed through life.
