Only just found out about Mary’s passing from a colleague as I live abroad but just wanted to say Mary was a great lady and a joy to know when we started in An Post all those years ago (1978) there were so few of us and Mary was just great looking after us all as she was the first postwoman in Dublin leading the way for us all RIP Mary

Such wonderful memories Mary, I have known you all my life. The knichbogger glories in Cafolas , the many Christmas that with out you would have never been the same. We all loved you so much, especially Dad. Rip Mary gone , but never ever forgotten.

What a sad loss Michelle.. So sorry to hear of Marys' passing.. Such a lovely women.. Such a fun sense of humor.. So wise.. I have so many fond memories of her from the past..

My sincere condolences to all the family. I worked with Mary in An Post. She was Ireland's very first Post woman and was a great ambassador for that role.
