Matty was a very good friend of all in the Barntown Youth Choir, always there before we arrived and ready to lend a helping hand with the musical equipment which we were very grateful for, Matty would then join us in the car for a spin to Larkins Cross where he would greet customers and have a chat. We were very sad to hear of the death of mattie. We have fond memories of him working with us on the farm. He was great company and was a kind, good natured man.
