I am so heart broken for your family. I have been walking in your shoes after my 18 year old son was assaulted at the end of November. I heard about Matts assault on the news and you have been in my thoughts and prayers. My son was on a ventilator critical when I heard your news and I remember thinking and sending light as I hoped he made a full recovery, hoping you weren't facing into the same journey we were on. Please god you find comfort in the kindness and support I hope is surrounding you at this time. I am so very sorry for your loss my heart is aching for you.
