My sincere Sympathy to all Matts Family on his sad death. So sorry I did not know my friend Matt had died till Sat afternoon. I met his Grand Daughter from Wexford when I was out walking. He was a wonderful kind Offaly Gentleman who did so much good work for the Church and never spared himself. I did visit him many times and we had lovely chats about Wexford that I know well.So sorry I did not know his funeral Mass was Sat am or I would be there. I go Sat PM. May ye all get great comfort in the memories that made Matt so special. May the light of Heaven shine on his soul. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam dilis.
