It was very sad to hear of the passing of Uncle Matt, but I will always carry with me great memories of his time in Melbourne and catching up again when last holidaying in Ireland.

It was my pleasure and privilege to have known Uncle Matt. He always looked at the bright side of life and was full of fun and mischief. He was so quick witted, I had to pay attention to keep up.
What a hole he leaves in our hearts. He was so kind and accepting and unassuming. I always enjoyed his company and he will be sadly missed by everyone who loved him.
He has lit up the next room that he’s entered and I salute him.
