No words can express my sorrow upon hearing the sad news of Mattie's Passing. My Heart goes out to his Family, Friends and Staff of Coleman Electronics. I have known Mattie in excess of 40 years, he was a True Gentleman and highly respected within the Security Industry. I will miss catching up with him over a cup pf tea in his office. May he Rest in Peace.

I first met Mattie in Carlow R.T.C many many years ago, I was on my first block release as an apprentice fitter .. Mattie was an apprentice electrician from the west of Ireland. He was the one with a car soo enough said. I had no way back to Boyle and Mattie was the man who came to my rescue. He went out of his way to leave me in Boyle and collect me again on a Sunday evening.... goin back via Dublin for a good reason !!!.
U were a true gentleman and so obliging Mattie. Never forgotton.
