Aunt Maud's death is a sad occasion, not only because we have lost a much loved member of the family but also because she was the last of her Franklin family in Lacken who have been there for hundreds of years. She had a wonderful sense of humour and told some great stories from long ago. May she rest in eternal peace and reap her reward for a long life well lived. Go ndéana Dia trocairear a anam.
