Maura was a lovely warm friendly and a very caring lady.

We are so sorry to hear about Maura. Remembering lots of visits to Newbridge, a quick visit turning into long chats, especially at Christmas and on the way to Kerry. We’d stop for a cup of tea and come away from a table laden down with food to make sure we were set for the long drive. Maura and Noel were always in good form and having a laugh together. It was with great sadness I Iearned of the passing of Maura. I would like to offer my deepest sympathy to Fachnana, Kieran and to the Griffin and Conlon families. Maura was a wonderful kind lady, I had the privilege of been her home support for a few years until I retired, we became great friends and remained friends after I retired. May Maura United now with her husband Noel and all her relatives gone before her rest in Eternal peace 🙏

Dear Fachanan, Kieran, and all of Maura’s extended family and friends,

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Maura was truly one of my favorite people, and I feel so lucky to have known her. Working in the shop for all those years, you always made me feel like part of the family—something I will always cherish.

I will fondly remember Maura’s kindness, wit, and charm, as well as the wonderful stories she shared about growing up in Cahersiveen. She had a special way of making people feel at home, and that glint in her eye whenever she spoke of Noel was a testament to the deep love they shared.

Fachanan and Kieran, I hope you find comfort in knowing how well you cared for both your Mum and Dad. Now, they are together again.

To one of my favorite people, Maura, Rest in Peace. I will always remember your kindness.

A woman of enormous Faith, there is no doubt she passed straight through the gates of Heaven and is now reunited with her loving husband Noel. Their deep love for each other was so evident, you can take comfort they are reunited again. Maura was a Dear Aunt to me and her phone calls will be sorely missed. She would always manage to bring you back in time to the good auld days and stories of her growing up in Cahersiveen. May she now be rewarded with all she deserves and may she rest in Peace.
