Sincere sympathies on the loss of your mam. Maura was a true lady,she loved her dog freddie and cat purrlough,manys a time i called to her in wicklow and we would have a cuppa and a chat. She will be sadly missed.Fly high on your next adventure maura.

Aw what a lovely lady..anytime i was within talking distance i would stop for a chat....we shared a deep love for Animals ....the birds in her garden were precious to her.
As someone else said she had a very independant mind...i hope she rests peacefully. Im sorry i only heard news recently

Maura was my landlady and I enjoyed hearing about the tenants before me in the shop in Dunshaughlin, and the many other businesses that she and her family ran from that premises over the years. She spoke about her love of the sea in Wicklow, her dog and the nesting birds in the trees at her house. She had a loyal friend in Brenda. Maura and I stayed friends long after I finished up at the shop. Unusually, a van with ‘Jensen’ on it passed my house this morning and I wondered how she was, thinking I might give her a call. Rest in peace Maura. I hope you’re on to your next adventure.
