I didn’t know her well personally but her presence and personality in Roxboro road PO and later in Kilkee and later again in Milford meant she never went unnoticed. My late mum Sally and Maura were daily communicants and very proud Clare ladies. My Mum worked in the post office for a while and she loved her daily chats with Maura. I remember her learning to drive and how proud she was. We missed her when she moved to Clareview. A wonderful lady.

The nicest confectionary and sweets. Nevin's shop was a special place for all of us. We all had such great respect for your Mum and she provided many of the locals with such happy memories. She was such a beautiful lady and had patients of a saint when we were children, calling into the shop many times looking for her to count out lots of sweets on the counter.
