I met Maura 52 years ago at The Debating Society, numerous course at Mount Oliver and of
course,she was one of my most treasured Bridge partners. We won many competitions as she
was such a steady and thoughtful and skilled player.
We shared our lives together and supported each other through the many years of joys and
sorrows. Liam Whately, our doctor, was a refuge during some challenging times.
Maura and I, had a marvellous and unique friendship. Never an unhappy moment. Now isn't that
a unique thing to be able to announce.
So most loved and most treasured friend we will continue our gift of friendship by "Dancing With
Red Shoes Forever More"
