Maura was an integral part of our team in the summer school when she hosted Spanish & Italian leaders /students over many years. She was a wonderful person who treated people with love and respect. We were delighted to have been invited a number of times to Maura’s home on the Ennis Road where she wined and dined us with exceptional culinary treats.
May Maura’s gentle soul rest in peace.
