Words fail to convey our sadness hearing of Maura's death and we can only look back at our wonderful and light hearted get togethers here in Mayo in recent years. She was a lovely lady and her warmth and humour was infectious.
Our most sincere condolences to John and John Jnr and all the Walsh and Clancy families.
May she Rest In Peace.

Maura was my soft spoken older cousin but always there in the Fox circle for the reunions gatherings for happy and sad occasions
A wonderful person. Kind and a great listener.
Her legacy lives on in the work John is doing as a Councillor serving the people.

I am so sad to have learned of Maura’s passing. A friend to me of long-standing, throughout my childhood and into adult life, she was an inspiring woman, with an abundance of get-up-and-go, had great time for people of all ages and was so kind and thoughtful. A lady. I will remember her with huge fondness and thanks.
