My condolences to Eileen, John, Pat and Liam and their families on the loss of Maura. She and Bridie were great friends of my mother, Kathleen as well as cousins. We have fond memories of visiting them and having them come to us. They were good company, very kind and very generous to all that knew them.

Sincere condolences to Maura’s Family on the sad passing of a wonderful lady, who was very much a part of the extended O’Neill family and a life long friend to my recently deceased Mother Elizabeth. I have fond childhood memories of holidays spent with Maura, Bridie and their parents in Phibsborough and of their kindness to me on those occasions and always.

Saddened to hear of Maura's passing, first cousin and close friend of my mother Maureen O'Donovan nee Piert. She and husband Kevin and our family were frequent callers to Willie and Brigid's house on Vincent St, Dublin, back in the day and I later visited her and sister Bridie and followed their civil service careers with great interest. I heard about them as a civil servant later myself.
Three understated words stay in my mind: lovely, capable and trustworthy. On behalf of Maureen and Kevin's family, deep sympathy and fond memory.

My sincere sympathy to Maura’s family. My Mum, Betty and Maura were not only cousins but very good friends, who thoroughly enjoyed one another’s company. May she rest in peace.

With Heartfelt Love and Sympathy for all Maura's family. Maura, my Godmother and Father John my Godfather were always special.. I have fond memories of her, both as a child visiting her family home at Vincent Street with Aunt Bridie, Uncle Willie and Aunt Bridget, and more recently with our phone chats at Leeson Park. I was blessed with her, and heaven will be also. Her loved ones there include my wonderful Mom and Dad. I have lost two Moms, this year. I and Roxana will pray for them.

My sincerest condolences to Maura's family on your sad loss. I first met Maura many years ago when I started work in the Land Commission and later in the Department of Agriculture. We did keep in touch over the years and had many enjoyable lunches together. She was such good company. May she rest in peace

When my late mother , uncle John and herself would get together, they always reminisced about Christmas .Going to not just one Pantomime but two ! I loved listening to their stories .
