So sorry to hear of the passing of Maureen at the incredible age of 99, Brian’s dear mum and a much-loved gran. Although I only had the pleasure of meeting her a few times, it was clear she was a true character and a wonderful woman. Cara always cared for her gran dearly, and I know she will be deeply missed by Brian, Cara, Kalia, and all the family as they travel to Ireland to say their goodbyes. I am sorry that myself and Summer are unable to attend in person. Sending love and heartfelt condolences to everyone in Bettystown and beyond. Rest in peace, Maureen.

She was a close friend of my mother ( also Maureen) and I watched the two ladies were much admired at their racing venues, Fairyhouse, Baldoyle, Bellewstown etc., Maureen captured all with her winning smile.
