Maureen, What I would do to have one more chat, one more cup of tea, and one more chance to tell you how much you mean to me😢. Although we’ve been miles away for many years. My childhood memories are as strong as can be🥰. On Sundays when we’d go to your house for the tastiest roast and roasted potatoes (yours were the crispiest and most delicious) I’ve ever had till this day!!! Nothing compares, even if an ash or two was added for flavor😜 as your smoke hung out of your mouth back then,it was the best! I’d always pass on the mushy peas😆. You welcomed my husband Steven into the family and joked how he’s a polock! I’ll never forget the laughter you both had when he found out what the campers in tallaght were called!!🤣 You and your beautiful daughter Emma were the reason he was sure he wanted to get married in Ireland🇮🇪. The fantastic relationship with My Uncle Brendan was humbling and like no other♥️. Your dedication to your awesome children, my cousin Andy, whom I have many stories with, is strong, & has a heart of gold💛. Emma is the kindest, sweetest person I’ve ever met, the best Mother to Aaron and wife to Geoff. I know you were so Proud. Rest Easy Aunt Maureen, watch over us, guide us and we’ll see you on the other side some day😘. We Love you, Kerin, Steve, Cormac & Cayleigh xoxo
