My sincere condolences to Paul, Simon and Conor and all the Donegan and Carroll families on your sad loss. Losing a Mother and Grandmother at any time is hard and difficult to bear. I have great memories from the 70s/80s of your family visits to Cork and North Kerry when your grandmother and mother brought you to meet your cousins. Special times that are hard to forget. May Maureen rest in peace.

Nell Carroll , Maureen’s Mom, was a regular visitor to my Auntie Maura and Auntie Kathleen Mc Elligott and Paul you visited us many years ago and I can remember evenings on the beach in Ballybunion. I didn’t know your Mom well but I have many fond memories of Nell, her ability to tell a great story and her fabulous throaty laugh. May Maureen rest in peace.
