So sorry to hear of the passing of Maureen. My sister Mairin (Maureen)was a patient in Ardkeen during the summer in the same ward and also in Tramore nursing home later. We had many chats with Assumpta. Your mother was a lovely lady and I wish you and your family my sincer condolences. RIP

I was very sad to hear the news of the late Maureen Hackett from Cappoquin. Sending my deepest condolences 💐 to her family friends and the wider community. What an incredible age but she’s at peace now and may god rest her soul. She will be in my thoughts and prayers. I was a very little lad from St Michael’s Cappoquin a very long time ago.

It was with great sorrow that we heard of the sad passing of Maureen RIP. She was a lovely lady and a great friend of ours over the years. She was a wonderful conversationalist and always had very interesting stories to tell.She was talented in so many different ways and we treasure the knitted Waterford hats that Maureen gifted to us some years ago.She loved Cappoquin and her memory will always live on there. Our deepest sympathies to Sr.Assumpta, Monica, Michael and Peter and extended families. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
