So sad to hear about Maureen.
I will always remember her kind hospitality during my student days in Dublin in the eighties when Catherine would bring me home for dinner.
I last met Maureen when I visited Friarsland Road some years ago. We had a great evening. Maureen got on with my son like a house on fire; her energy and vivacity were unparallelled, she was truly one of a kind.
My deepest sympathy to Colm, Marylou, Elaine and dear Catherine in this sad and difficult time.

Maureen was a wonderful lady , full of life and chat - you would never be bored in her company.
She was a great friend to our late parents . Dad was so delighted to meet another person from Leap leaving so close to him in Goatstown . When they were together their West Cork accent got stronger and stronger and it was often difficult to understand what they were saying .
May Maureen now Rest in Peace as she is now united with her beloved Paul in Heaven .
