My deepest condolences to Maureen's family and other friends. I met her in June 2019, when both of us were in a group on holiday in Malta. We became friends and agreed to keep in touch. Compared to others, I only knew her a little, but am proud and privileged to have been her friend.

She was Deputy Principal when my mother was Principal in Scoil Colmcille Ballybrack and they became good friends over the years. Maureen was very sociable and loved to tell stories about her life and interests.
