I have very happy memories of visiting Kearns with my sister Marcie in the 60's. Auntie Nora and my Auntie Teresa were best friends. There would be great excitement when an invitation came. The Kearns girls were all stunning looking so best dresses donned, shoes polished and a lecture on good behaviour! I particularly remember "an old rustic bridge" where we would sit and chat.
RIP Maureen.
