So sorry to learn of Maureen's passing. May she RIP. Mum and I had the pleasure of meeting Maureen & Sarah in London about 15 years ago after losing touch many many years previous. Mum was delighted to reconnect and rekindle their old friendship and be the link that connected Maureen to her Irish roots and Irish family. We always enjoyed Maureen and Chris' visits to Fermanagh. A loving, gentle and kind lady who will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. Deepest sympathy to Chris, Sarah, Ian and Jennifer, their partners and her beautiful grandchildren, who she was immensely proud of and spoke so lovingly about, also her extended family and friends. so sorry we cannot pay our respects in person but we will be thinking and praying for you all in the coming days. My condolences to Maureen’s family. As a young woman, Maureen looked after me and my brothers Jim, Con and Pat during our early years. While life took us on separate journeys we retained warm memories of her care and often spoke of her. Years later, I was so happy to visit Maureen at her home in London. I was able to tell my brothers that she continued her life as the warm, caring and vital woman who had given us so much in those first formative years. Thank you Maureen, may you rest in peace.
