My sincere sympathies to the McCormack family on the loss of Maureen.
I taught next door to her in Scoil Bhride Clane.She was a very well respected and dedicated teacher who maintained a wonderful interest in music throughout her life gifting many students with valuable lessons in this area.

I have just heard of Maureen’s passing. So many happy memories of working with Maureen in the National Children’s Choir. She taught my boys in Junior Infants in Clane and came to the house to teach the piano. A wonderful lady who has left so many with an appreciation and a love of music.

I was truly shocked to hear re Maureens death.
Maureen taught my son John Noe in Junior infants .
She also for many years came to our home in Clonwood Heights Clane and taught Carlos piano.
He excelled with his piano exams under her watchful tuition and exceptional guidance.
She was always such a lady, so caring, so professional, and we had our Monaghan backgrounds to be proud of....
I loved to chat with her re Emyvale and I loved to share my "Northern Standard" newspapers or cuttings with her.
Sadly I only visited her once in Lourdesville.
I think she was very happy there.
You, her family were always so good to her and she loved you all.
May she rest peacefully and may her memory be a 🙌 blessing.
