Maureen was such a beautiful lady, her heart was enormous. I have no words to express how sorry I feel for her loss. She was both my friend and colleague. She only did good to all the people she knew. May her soul rest in peace.

I was so sad and sorry to hear Maureen died. It came as a shock as I was not aware she was ill.
We were class mates in Greenhills Collage many years ago and I met her periodically when she was home on holidays from Spain. It was always a pleasure to see her and catch up. Happy memories.

We are very saddened with the news of her death, our dear friend from Greenhills School Days. She fought the brave fight to the end, a beautiful lady inside and out, whom we were privileged to call our friend and include in our 'Goldies' Group.
We always looked forward to her visits to Drogheda from Spain, when we would get together for long lunches, chat for hours, sharing our lives journeys, with many a good laugh in the mix. We so enjoyed those outings.

Maureen was a strong, positive, stylish and articulate lady, with a kind heart and a willingness to share and compare the Irish/Spanish ways of life, her teaching life and Colleagues/ Friends and Family in Spain were always on the agenda, which made our outings so interesting and enjoyable.

You will be very sadly missed Maureen, but never forgotten.

Joan our dearest sister would always talk fondly of Maureen she was similar age, and she just died three weeks ago, so we feel the painful loss too that you are suffering.
