She was very warm and generous and very much part of our growing up…from the yellow Mini! to taking care of Eunan and I immediately after after our own dad passed with a beautiful meal in your kitchen. May she rest in peace.

Maureen and my mother were 1st cousins and best friends, they even looked liked sisters and Maureen was my Godmother, the very best anyone could hope for, she never missed an occasion. She was a lady and I have nothing but fond memories of a beautiful lady.

Maureen will be missed in so many different ways, by so many of us in Milltown… it is as nothing compared to what her absence will mean to all of you. She was
a friendly face, a fun, competent thoughtful and kind lady. Her Captaincy was a year of work, smiles and helpfulness, inclusiveness and elegance. Happily, Maureen will now, once again enjoy Rest in a well deserved Peace. For each of you the wonderful memories of your lives together will flood back as her role in your lives simply gently alters.
