To everyone who demonstrated such kindness to our family for the last number of weeks we deeply appreciate it. The stories came hard and fast, and though we knew the character of our father, many of you trumped this for us.. The escapades grew & we were further intrigued & amused by your lovely contributions.
For this we are so very grateful.

Thank you deeply for your lovely additions to an already formidable man, who made his mark at every turn. Dad would have been thrilled that we had a few surprises from you all. Life will never be quite the same without him. Thank you sincerely for the bottom of our hearts.. Ruth xx

You were a very kind man to me when i was a teenager. You were a gentleman eberytime i met you. You were always giving my now grown sons a few quid. R.I.P. Maurice. Sad to hear this. Love and condolences to all his family. God bless.
