We were so saddened to hear of Maurice's passing. He was a highly regarded teacher and mentor to our boys in CCC - his willingness to support and encourage the school cricket team has never been forgotten in this house and those times are often remembered with great fondness. He was a gentleman and wonderful role model. We send our deepest sympathies to all his family.

Many happy times when I visted you and Maire in London and both of us checking out telly text, we thought we were the kids of the future! Never heard of Google then. Maire never knew that I would cuddle up to her platypus soft toy while Maurice tried to get the TV stations back before she came home.
