I was entirely enamored with Monnie since the day I met him. He was so kind, funny and engaging. He is and will always be a favorite Fitzgerald. RIP, my memories of him will never fade. Peace be with him.

Sad to hear of Uncle Monnie’s passing. So many great memories of visits with him over the years. He always greeted us with a smile, a joke and an entertaining conversation. We will all miss him greatly.

Ann we are so sorry to hear of Monnie’s death. Sincere sympathy to your sisters and all Monnie’s extended family. He was a gentleman. I spoke to him at Maura’s funeral, little thinking that would be the last time. Unfortunately we will not be able to attend the funeral as we are in Rome at the moment but will include Monnie in our prayers. May he and Maura rest in peace.

Feeling very sad hearing Monnie is gone. A total gentleman. He was friends with my parents, so I've memories from years ago. More recently I would meet him with my brother in law, David.
The world will be poorer without Monnie in it, but it was his time to go. He has lived a lovely long life.
