Our Deepest Condolences to Anne,Pauline and Conor and also to Gerry, Peter and John together with the extended Wallace Family. Maurice and Mary have been great friends to us over many years, enjoying numerous social occasions (especially New Year Eves) with varied groups. Maurice was a great Family Man, happy about their many achievements , while also very caring and considerate to friends and acquaintances, helping many through difficult times. A great GAA man ( with Multy, Oliver Plunketts and Westmeath), we travelled all over the Country, having great banter with the passengers along the way. He was especially proud of the Wallace association with the successful Dublin and Cuala teams. A founding member of ‘ The Corner Boys’ in the Greville- when moving from Lake County with Paddy Fagan- Maurice enjoyed the mornings,usually getting the craic going and the final jocose say when heading home to Mary .They are now with the Man Above. May they Rest Peacefully together !

He was a lovely, kind neighbour and a real gentlemen. He always had a big hello for me whenever he’d pass by and as kids often dropped in at Christmas with a box of chocolates.
