I was sorry to hear about the passing of my Aunt May. We had the pleasure of a visiting her in 2015 with my husband, my sister and my 2 children, we were visiting from Canada. She welcomed us with open arms and made us tea and scones. I got to see the house my mother grew up in. May greeted us with big hugs and told us such amazing stories of our mother's family. It is one day in my life I will never forget. My sincere condolences to Richie, Angie, Rachel and Gemma.

I meet Mae in 2015 with my family, Deirdre, John , Brendan & Shona. After talking with a few people in Longford to find Mae's house , we finally met up with her. She brought us in for tea and scones, then to the cemetery to see our uncle Pat's grave site with his brother John. We were then taken to the hotel where she bought my sister and I a drink. Mae was so kind and welcoming. I am sorry we did not get to know her sooner. My condolences to Richie and all the extended family.
