I was so sad to hear of Megan’s passing. She and Stephen used to stop for a chat at our house while walking the dogs over the years. Such a gorgeous girl in every way. My deepest sympathy to Stephen, the children, Mags & Greg.

I was deeply shocked and saddened to hear that Megan had passed away.
I only knew her for a very brief time when we were both in St. Marks ward in the Hermitage at Easter time.
She was a beautiful lady inside and out .
She was kind and respectful to the nurses and doctors that looked after her despite the fact that she was in pain.
We hit it off straight away and we had many chats and laughs.
She talked about Stephen Margot , and Jack all the time and it was evident just how much she loved them.
After I left we kept in touch by text .
I told her that she was a truly inspirational lady .
I am so sorry for your loss.
She made a big impact on my life in a very short time .
I will not forget her, and I will continue to ask the Angels to protect her family.

We are so heartbroken to hear about Megan’s passing. Though we only met once, at the Mumford and Sons concert in Dublin, that evening left a lasting imprint on our hearts. You and Megan welcomed us, complete strangers visiting from the U.S., with such warmth, kindness, and joy—it felt like we’d known you both for a lifetime.

We’ll never forget Megan’s radiant smile, her laughter under the stars, and the way she danced and sang with such pure, unfiltered happiness. She was so full of life—vibrant, genuine, and beautifully present. In just those few hours, she made us feel not like visitors, but like old friends. That is a rare and special kind of spirit.

We cannot imagine the pain of this loss for you and your children. Please know that even across the ocean, we are holding you all in our hearts. Megan’s light touched us deeply in the brief time we had together—and we have no doubt it shone even brighter for those lucky enough to be loved by her every day.

I was so terribly saddened to hear of Megan’s passing. We hadn’t seen each other since we were at school in Brussels but were occasionally in touch over social media, both her love for her family and children and her bravery never seemed to falter. My deepest condolences to her family and all who loved her. RIP.

My deepest condolences to Stephen, Jack, Margot and all of Megan's family and friends. I worked closely with Megan in KBC and she always operated in a professional, kind and empathetic manner. She provided guidance, support and good humour, not only to her own team, but to everyone she encountered. I lost count at the amount of times she would go into work before anyone else to decorate desks with balloons, sweets and chocolates to celebrate peoples birthdays! She was a wonderful person and will be missed terribly.
